If returns are come in from the customer, users have to deal with it as a sales slip.

Users have to register it in the sales slip and select "Return In" of the warehousing type

in the [Add Product] window.

On the contrary, If users come out the returns to the seller,   

Users have to register it in the purchase slip and select "Return Out" of the warehousing type

in the [Add Product] window.
