Types of Coffee Beans

Behind every cup of coffee we sip there are beans that have been carefully graded. These beans are graded based on the size, color and shape.

The AA classification is given to coffee beans that meet all of the above criteria, but they cannot have more than three deficient quality (quakers). They are typically Kenya AA beans.

Arabica
