1. Eufy RoboVac 11S

The Eufy RoboVac11S robot vacuum is a fantastic choice for those who want to save money. It comes with a number of great features that help get rid of pet hair. It is quiet, has a big dirt compartment and battery and upgrade your cleaning game With roborock q7 can automatically clean up to two minutes in spot cleaning mode. It also has BoostIQ that automatically switches between 'Standard Power' and 'Maximum Suction' to provide the best performance for each floor type.

It doesn't map rooms as Roomba, but it does have reactive obstacle avoidance technology and drop sensors to stop it from running into things (like the dogs or cats) or falling down stairs. It can also stop and resume cleaning while it collects debris and moves it to the charging base. Plus, it has an automatic self-emptying feature and the dustbin is small, so you don't have to look or even feel what it's sucking up.

The 11S performed well when we tested it on bare floors as well as a medium-sized carpet and cat hair. It didn't do as well on high-pile carpet and had a bit of trouble with more dense debris, such as cereal and kitty litter however, it was better than most of the competition. It also was able to climb over low lying obstructions such as cords with ease. It also avoided pet hair stuck on the brushes and wheels.

We observed that the 11S didn't do well with hair from dogs as other models, however the amount was still significantly less than in other tests. The 11S also has a few limitations for instance, it isn't capable of scheduling and only having a limited range of voice commands, but these aren't a major issue.

While the 11S is a good option however, we would suggest checking out other robot vacuums that offer more advanced functionality. For example the iRobot Roomba 960 is better-built, easier to maintain, has a bigger dirt storage compartment and a quicker recharge time, and also has smart pathing and better performance on all surface types than the eufy. The iRobot also clears more pet hair, and has an even larger array of features to help with your home automation needs.

2. Deebot T10 Omni

The Deebot T10 Omni offers a premium hands-free cleaning experience for floors. It often runs into things like cords or socks that it can't see through the chaos.

Fortunately, the latest T10+ has upgraded its navigation system and eliminated the camera found on previous models. Ecovacs has instead opted to utilize lasers and structured light to help it navigate around obstacles. This is a smart choice as it lets the T10 to avoid furniture and obstacles more efficiently.

3. IRobot Roomba 996

The Roomba 960 robotic vacuum is among the most effective vacuums for pet hair. It was a success in all of our tests, however it had some issues with carpet and had issues with certain obstacles like rug tassels. It also has a more expensive price than its competitors, though it comes with more features and has superior navigation compared to other models in our review.

It comes with a huge dustbin and is equipped with a virtual wall barrier, which is helpful for keeping it out of areas where you don't want it be. It's compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant and allows you to control the robot with voice commands. The iRobot app lets you view a map of the areas it has cleaned and you can set the cleaning preferences.

The 960 was a great performer on floors with no floor. It picked up a lot of surface litter including cereal and did a good job of removing particles that were embedded. It is great for low-pile flooring, but loses steam when the dirt compartment is full. It also has a few components that you need to replace regularly.

It scored well in our Home Coverage test which accounts for 20% of a robot's overall score. It covered the entire furnished room, which is more than any other robot we have examined. The 960 did an excellent job on the stairs too which is a challenging task for most robots. It did not perform as well on carpets as the 980 or our top choice one, the Neato Botvac D80, but it did manage to do an excellent job.

It is a little more expensive than the D80 but it does come with an impressive set of smart features as well as a bigger dustbin. The 960 is a great option if you're not worried about losing the ability to navigate and detect obstacles but still want to have a an excellent dust collection. It also has a lower cost than the 980, meaning it will have fewer recurring expenses.

To accomplish this, it uses a camera, an on-board sensor, and a unique algorithm called VSLAM (Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping).

The Roomba 980, while capable of moving around your home with ease, is not a perfect device. Its quick cleans left behind a smattering of sawdust on vinyl as well as a decent amount of pet hair on carpet. Fortunately, it is able to be controlled to avoid these areas by means of virtual barriers.

You can set them up using the iRobot app and put them close to your pet's water and food bowls or any other areas you want to keep away from. If you're looking for a little more help preventing your pet's hair from getting on the floor, the 980 comes with a special Power Boost mode that increases suction when necessary.
